Terms of use
In short: Frontline Books Link is the link between Frontline's QuickBooks Online company and Frontline's own office apps on Frontline's own server, built for Frontline Carriers LLC. It isn't sold or offered to the public. Its first use is year-end and tax workpapers: it reads the company's trial balance, general ledger and account lists so the office apps can build workpapers. At first it writes nothing to QuickBooks. Later tools may record entries that Frontline's staff approve. This page will say so before any of them starts.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between Coleman Dewberry ("we"), who built and maintain Frontline Books Link, and Frontline Carriers LLC ("Frontline"), and the people it authorises to use it ("you"). By connecting Frontline Books Link to Frontline's QuickBooks Online company, or by using it, you agree to these terms.
2. What you may do
We give Frontline Carriers LLC a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Frontline Books Link for its own accounting and tax work while these terms are in effect. You may not resell the app or let anyone Frontline Carriers LLC hasn't authorised use it. You may connect it only to the QuickBooks company that belongs to Frontline Carriers LLC.
3. What the app does in QuickBooks
- Reads: the trial balance, the general ledger and the account lists (the chart of accounts, including inactive accounts).
- Writes: none at first. Later tools may record entries that Frontline's staff approve. This page will say so before any of them starts. The app never takes or sends payments or changes company settings.
4. Your responsibilities
Frontline Books Link helps with preparing workpapers. It doesn't replace review. You remain responsible for the books and the returns, including checking what the app shows, and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us promptly at cole@berrytransportation.com if you think the app shows something wrongly or someone used the app without permission.
5. Your data
The company's data belongs to Frontline Carriers LLC. The privacy policy explains how the app handles it.
6. No warranty
We provide Frontline Books Link as it is. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be free of errors or always available.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, arising from the use of Frontline Books Link. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
8. Ending these terms
Frontline Carriers LLC can stop using Frontline Books Link at any time by disconnecting it in its QuickBooks. We may end these terms by giving Frontline Carriers LLC notice. When the company disconnects, or these terms end, the app stops reading from its QuickBooks.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date above changes, and we tell Frontline Carriers LLC about any material change before it applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
